LC’s had enough! Lauren Conrad is so done with filming her smash hit The Hills. The fifth season debuting next week will be the starlet’s swan song.

One thing that needs to be resolved before she leaves reality TV forever: will she ever be friends again with Heidi?

The two were super close back in the show’s first season, but that was when Heidi was pre-plastic surgery and pre-lobotomy.  (Because wouldn’t you need a lobotomy to date Spencer Pratt?)

The trailer for the new season shows the former besties  reconciling at LC’s birthday party. But do the tears and hugs mean the long-running feud between the reality stars is finally over?

Not exactly. Don’t forget Spencer’s evil influence on Heidi–no doubt he’ll make his girlfriend/wife/partner in tabloid whoredom choose between him and Lauren.

Heidi has always defended her man, but it looks like this season she wants her friend back more than ever (makes sense, since the trailer shows Spencer either flirting or fighting with strangers).

The Predicto Mobile has faith the girls’ bond will prevail, because 74% predict that The Hills frenemies will rekindle their friendship on the show this season.
