Time for some Grade A drama starring Brody Jenner, and we’re not talking about his role as himself on The Hills.

Brody and his girlfriend, former Playmate Jayde Nicole, were at one of those swanky Hollywood hotspots. Also partying it up was one Joe Francis, the love-him-or-hate-him creator of the notorious Girls Gone Wild franchise.

Joe was apparently coming on to one of his ex-girlfriends — whose mutual friends with Jayde and Brody — in a manner of which Jayde did not approve. To express this, she apparently splashed a drink in Francis’ face.

Wait, there’s more. After the drink diss, Francis allegedly knocked Jayde around a bit, reportedly kicking her while she was on the ground, before boyfriend Brody — who just celebrated his birthday and had surgery last week — stepped in. The brawl between the two ended with Jenner being introduced to a Taser and Francis bouncing from the club.

After the incident, Jayde told her side of the story to one of TMZ.com’s ubiquitous cameramen while Brody chimed in via Twitter, saying Francis needs to be in jail and that he’s a piece of a word we can’t say here.

This surely won’t be the last we’ll hear of this fiasco. We asked the Predicto Mobile community if, in all of this mess, they thought Brenner would sue the person who Tased him. 67% say yes and that he’ll do so by 9/15.
