On a misty morning at the Food Network New York City Wine & Food Festival, finalists from around the country competed for the title of “Next Pork Personality.” The National Pork Board-sponsored contest, fittingly held on the edge of NYC’s famous Meat-Packing District, was judged by a panel led by celebrity chef Guy Fieri, the colorful host of Food Network’s ‘Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives.’
When he wasn’t demonstrating his own self-proclaimed “passion for pork,” Fieri took time to chew the fat with PTV and offer his own predictions on some of the hottest TV and foodie-related topics being debated in the Predicto community. We also got an inside scoop from contestant Robert Burmeister, who served up our favorite dish of the day and showed off some particularly oink-y ink. Check out Episode 43 of Predicto TV now!
